Language of Medical professions in Taiwan

The question is stupid, I know. What I was wondering is if there was chinese equivalent of english medical terms in Taiwan. Is the medical licensure exam answers in chinese? Do the tendons and muscles have chinese names? If a doctor from, let's say Canada, came and tried to diagnose someone how hard will it be?
