How do you pronounce "yì diăn(r)"?

This might be a stupid question, but I was watching a Youtube video and this phrase came up. I have no idea what is implied by the parentheses, do they want me to say diănr, diăr, diăn, or diăner?

As a side note, the source video has a second tone for "yi", but Pleco dictionary lists it as a first tone. Is one more acceptable than another?
