I have been studying Mandarin on and off for like 3 to 4 years.I work full time and have to study for this accounting certificate as well so I have yet to be able to devote so much time to my language studies.
That said I went through HSK 1 and it didnt seem so bad.But when I tried to learn HSK 2 characters they dont seem to stick and its really frustrating.I have been using spaced repetition and also Coursera HSK 2 course.To top it all off,I have no idea if I even still remember the HSK 1 chqracters I learnt.
Its just hard and stressful and I want to give up :/
