Are these also directional complements? 去到 來到

I am starting to look these up and usually they end in 去/來 and something is in front like 出近起回過下上.. but 去到 來到 are the opposite. If they’re not a directional complement, what are they?

Also, for actual directional complements, is it an endless list of words that can go before 來/去?
