How to Raise Chinese English Bilingual Kids

I have three kids and I'm wondering what is the best way (or some pretty good ways) to raise bilingual kids. My wife is Chinese and I just passed HSK 4 at the 99th percentile, so I'm guessing my ability is ~HSK5 level. We live very close to the kids' Chinese speaking Grandparents, but since our oldest started attending school, all the kids seem like they've suddenly switched over to english except when they're with the grandparents. At home even when I speak to them (or my wife speaks to them) in Chinese they always respond in English. Is there any hope for them maintaining Chinese fluency? (When they were younger we only spoke Chinese at home and so did the kids to the extent that when they were with my parents, my parents needed a translator.)

Honestly, I just want them to retain a love for China as well as enough Chinese to talk with their relatives in China. But, growing up in a English speaking country this may be difficult to do.
