I've never even studied Chinese, but does this sort of word play exist in Chinese?

Does wordplay such as with the word/phrase(?) 猪肉感 (Pork Sensation) that could also be split as 猪(pig) and 肉感 (Sexy) exist in chinese? The context I'm thinking of us on a restaurant menu with a little cartoon picture helping the joke?
