Podcast transcription services?

Hey everyone. I’ve been listening to podcasts to improve my listening and it’s been going well, but it’s quite cumbersome to look up words I’m not familiar with.

Anyone know of a good software to transcribe podcasts ? ( specifically : the culture potato
