隻 and 只

So I know that these two words are just the simplified and traditional versions of the same measure character, but for some reason I'm not seeing 隻 show up on my computer when I type the pinyin. I'm using windows 10 pinyin with the setting turned to traditional characters. Is this just a bug or do people not use 隻 in traditional chinese anymore?
