Romanizations for different global regions

Here’s what I know thus far:

1. Mainland China - Hanyu Pinyin

2. Taiwan - Wade-Giles (is it really used by the government?)

3. Hong Kong - Jyutping? (may be too recent)

4. Macau - Jyutping?

5. Singapore - ??? (Yes, the people may speak 華語 in Singapore but the names do not seem like they are based on the Pinyin romanization system.)

6. Malaysia - ??? (Same as Singapore, I guess)

7. Philippines - ??? (Spanish-influenced non-standardized spelling based on an archaic pronunciation of the full Chinese name, perhaps)

8. Thailand - ??? (Do Chinese Thais even speak any of the Chinese varieties anymore or do they speak some variety of Thai?)

9. Elsewhere in the Diaspora - older Chinese populations would likely spell according to personal pronunciation of the name, maybe Wade-Giles, while newer Chinese populations may use more Pinyin because they are immigrants from PRChina.
