Quick Grammar Questions

Ok so basically I am cramming for the AP test (tomorrow) and had a few questions:

When should I use 尤其 vs 特别 to mean "especially" and can 特别 be used as an adjective to mean "special"?

When should I use 才 over 就 (to mean "then") and vice versa?

Is there a specific grammatical rule on where to put 了 in a sentence, especially a complex one?
