Polite way to leave class early?

Hey! What should I say to my teacher at the beginning of class if I have to leave early? What to say to sound polite?

Also, what should I say if I’m in the middle of the class and have to leave for a moment (pick up a call, go to toilet, etc.) but dont want to sound rude?
