Naruto Netflix - Spoken and subtitles not matching

I'm trying to watch Naruto on Netflix in Chinese with Chinese subtitles but sometimes what is spoken and the subtitle can be completely different (though the meaning is similar). Is this normal? Does anyone have a link to a source where the spoken and subs match? Thanks.
