I have the pieces, but can't make the puzzle

I went on a crazy character learning spree and now I know ~1000 characters with stroke order, pronunciation, history yada yada - because I had a consistent and efficient practice tool: Skritter.

However my speaking, listening and grammar knowledge is almost non-existant. My Confucius Institute teacher runs through new grammar concepts like a high-speed train and I don't have time to assimilate anything.

Although I somehow passed it, my HSKK Beginner test was awful. I lose track of sentences longer than 4-5 words because word order confuses me and I don't have time to understand a sentence on the spot.

So, is there a tool similar to Skritter that helps me consistently and efficiently practice speaking, listening and grammar?
