Can 的 substitute nouns, or be used as "it" when the context is known?

I was wondering as 的 comes after the adjective describing a noun, and in some texts/audio the actual noun gets omitted. If that is true can 的 become the Chinese it or that equivalent, e.g. in the sentence below.

你还有的-you still have it
