I took two years of beginner/intermediate Chinese (HSK 3) in college. I’ve tried various ways to keep learning on my own, but I have worked 8-6 the past year and have made/had little time for study. By the time I go to the gym and cook dinner, it’s time to go to bed. I’ve sporadically reviewed old textbooks and used Duolingo. I just ordered the next textbook in the series and will try to do assignments on my own and pay somebody to grade my work. Busy language learners, any tips for maximizing small time windows for learning? Thinking the textbook alone is not going to do it for me.
