Books between upper-interm and advanced

Hi guys!

There's a lot of content to read online, but I recently felt like reading some good old hard books. My Chinese is somewhere on the way to HSK 6, but still not there, so standard novels might be a bit tough, especially that it's a hard copy and you can't just immediately copy/paste what you need.

Any book suggestions that could meet these criteria? Something not too complex..
