So I've found myself while writing lately that when I want to say "and" in a sentence I just tend to use 和. I've heard that people studying Chinese tend to use 和 way more than they should and that it's not too common in normal Chinese, but I'm usually just not sure what to substitute it with. So, like the title says, when would it be best to use 和, and when should I use 并, 且, or just have nothing at all.
Thanks in advance!
