Is there a place where I can watch My Little Pony for free in Mandarin?

YouTube only has 2 minute snippets. Whilst Youku blocks me because I'm not in China. Is there any other place where I can watch it in Mandarin?

I already know some of the background for the MLP characters, and it helps because I already have the context, motives and personalities in mind.
