HSK registration - is there a more secure version of the chinesetest.cn site?

Hi - the entire website appears to be "not secure" and its SSL certificates are either expired or just don't exist. I tried adding https:// to the beginning of it but it didn't respond.

It is asking me for driver's license information and for credit card information and obviously I'm not comfortable with entering that information into a website which has floating popups.

Is there some other way to sign up for the HSK test?
