Chinese reading recommendation

Just moved to Kaohsiung, Taiwan and got a library card. Any recommendations for graphic novels or easy reads to improve my Chinese?

My reading isn’t bad. I’m not looking to read the equivalent of Tolstoy. More like The Little Prince. Would appreciate recommendations for a good graphic novel, manga, or youth fiction written by a Taiwanese (or Chinese) author. Even better if it’s about growing up in this country/culture.

So far I’ve found “我的青春我的 Formosa”.
