ISO: Popular American or British tv shows dubbed in Mandarin with English subs

As the title says, I'm looking for sites or apps where I can watch Popular American or British tv shows that are dubbed in Mandarin and have English subs. I'm mainly looking for tv shows such as Friends, GoT, The Office, PandR, House or any similar show.

I had a rough time learning Mandarin in school so hopefully I can learn some via this method :o
