Where can I get the text from TV shows / movies?

I'm trying to make a program that will find native content that will be comprehensible to you based on your vocabulary, for example suggesting movies where you are already familiar with 90% of the words in it. Are there any sources where I can get the plain text of the speech in TV shows and movies?
