What is your study plan for moving from upper intermediate to advanced?

I currently have a paid Chinesepod subscription which I've been using for the upper-intermediate lessons, but I'm now wondering if this is the most efficient method of studying. I don't mind shelling out a few bucks for a good plan. For those of you that are at a similar level, how have you been advancing your Chinese? Self-study would be ideal, but I'm open to other options as well
