Kam Ping - question for those who speak Cantonese and can write Chinese

Kam Ping was born in Guangdong (formerly Canton) in China, in the late 1920s. Her father was an officer under Chiang Kai-shek and fought in the Second Sino-Japenese war between 1937-1945. Consequently her family were under persecution, after the war, by Mao Zedong for her fathers involvement with Chaing Kai-shek. In order to survive, her and her family fled to Hong Kong which was still under British rule. In Hong Kong she worked in a tailor, where she met a young British soldier fighting in the Korean war. After the North and South Korea agree to a truce in 1953, Kam Ping and John Evans set sail for England on the HMT Empire Windrush. When they arrived in England, they settled in the city of Peterborough, got married and had 3 children; my Uncle, Auntie and Father.

Last week on the 10th of January 2019, my Grandmother peacefully slipped away from us from a stoke she had suffered a few weeks prior, whilst doing what she enjoyed doing most; cooking. She hung on until her and my Grandfather's wedding anniversary of the same date.

I am a 17 year old male from the south of England and will be 18 in a few months. My Nana was the kindest, sweetest and most caring women I have met. She meant a lot to me and in her loving memory, I will be getting a tattoo as soon as I am 18 and I want to put her name Kam Ping in Chinese characters on the side of my torso, over my rib cage.

My question is as follows: I do not speak nor am able to write Chinese and was wondering firstly, what does and Kam Ping translate to the english meaning? and secondly, what are the Chinese Characters for Kam Ping?

Thank you for your time and if you can get back to me with the answers for this it would be much appreciated.
