Best app for quick still OCR translation?

I often use Chinese apps on my iPhone and need text (from screenshots) translated as quick as possible. I find opening Pleco then side menu > Still OCR > Photo Library > Capture > Image selection> word-by-word translation to be too long of a process. Wechat's new translate feature is actually much more convenient: 3D Touch Wechat app > scan > translate > select image

Is there any app that focuses solely on still OCR translation? Hell, if there's a jailbreak that runs something like 'google translate this page' to your iphone screen I would pay a ridics amount of money for it (and in the process never actually learn any Chinese xD)
