URGENT HELP REQUIRED - Chinese Dates

Im unsure if this is the correct sub to be posting too. However, I require help urgently. I hope you can help me out.

I have been given a number, supposedly a date, and I need to know what date it is, if any!?

​

The message I received simply says "10453 Chinese Calandar".

​

Could anyone help me with this information?
