Studying HSK 4 and HSK 5 for a test in November

Hello, all! I've been studying Chinese for about two whole years now, have spent time intensively learning Chinese for 9wks, and I'm headed to an intensive Chinese language program for 10mo starting in September. I tested at ILR 1+, so around the end of HSK 3 and into some of the beginning of HSK 4 (which makes sense, I just finished the last sequence of 300-lv college courses). I am applying to Chinese studies masters programs and the most competitive one has a language test that needs to be done by November 1.

The admissions lady told me that a lot of their students are at HSK 5 and can usually score pretty well on the exam. For the upcoming 10mo, I will be doing 4hrs of intensive Chinese courses per day, plus homework, and living in a home with only other Chinese speakers. My listening skills are better than my speaking skills, which are better than my reading skills, which are yet again better than my writing skills. Writing is definitely my weakest skill, but listening is without a doubt my best skill.

I'm not exactly asking "is it possible," but if it were possible in my environment to do so, what would you all suggest I study/ do/ etc? I'll be in China so I will have a lot of opportunity to improve and tons of access to Chinese.
