Help - not sure how to reply to my Chinese Aunt

So my Chinese aunt just went back to China from Australia since her trip was over. I wished her all the best vis WeChat and she received my message and given me a reply saying "thanks for the message, we have now arrived. Thanks for caring. How are things going with Uni? and how is your mother? she back from work? you guys must . you guys be a sleep now? you are very thoughtful

I'm not sure how to reply as I am half Chinese so I only know the basic Chinese for conversation. Though, I plan to reply to her saying that Uni is great but I'm not sure what to say next..I feel like my conversation skills are terrible when I speak to someone that I haven't seen in years but only saw her for 3 days as she came here for a 3 day trip :(. I don't want to give her an one answer saying "Yes its great" then leave the convo silent..

Please help?

If possible, can you guys please provide some Chinese simplified sentences that I could maybe try say or send over?
