I've been using anki for about six months, I took Gabriel Wyners model deck from https://fluent-forever.com/how-to-learn-japanese-or-chinese-update/ and modified it slightly.
If anyone is interested here is an example deck of mine containing 1 note with 11 cards.
The note/cards have a few issues and I'm looking to add a large amount of new notes. Does anyone have any recommendations for what has worked really well for them? Perhaps you could share a sample deck as I have done.
When I'm done I'll share whatever designs I come up with.
Have a nice day!
