Where do people get those 萬壽無疆/万寿无疆/wànshòuwújiāng plates from?

These can be found in every Chinese restaurant and household. I know that the phrase means "may you live a long time." I don't know why it appears so much on Chinese dishes, but that's beside the point.

I've checked every Asian supermarket in my local area. They sell tons of plates, dishes, and bowls with dragons and phoenixes. But none of them have 萬壽無疆. Where are all these people getting their fancy Chinese tableware, and why can't I find any?
