What do you set your Leach Threshold to in Anki?

I use the default which is set to 8 in my Anki. I recevied my first leach today, and I was surprised as I didn't realize I was so bad at the character. I wonder if I should lower my leach threshold so I can be notified earlier.

Incidentally, is there a way to browse through a deck, and order it by the number of lapses, such that I can identify those notes that I am worse at?
