How long to learn to speak Cantonese well enough for business?

Hello,

I have recently become engaged to my beautiful fiancee whose family lives in Hong Kong. We don't intend to get married until 2019/2020 and I would like to be able to speak Cantonese well enough to impress her family by then.

I am also a real estate agent and there are a lot of Cantonese speaking buyers in my market so my ultimate goal is to be able to sell directly to buyers from Hong Kong in Cantonese.

I am able to devote up to an hour a day and am wonder if I have enough time to learn Cantonese by lets say September 2020.
