How to not lose what I learned over the summer?

I finished my first year of studying chinese and learned an incredible amount. However, I feel myself losing it as I’m not practicing now that school is over. How can I retain what I learned? I’m also forgetting a lot of characters but I’m not disciplined enough to keep drilling them in
