Traditional song? What's its name in Chinese?

大家好！

I was listening some traditional music and discovered this song that reminds me of Lavender Town soundtrack (Pokemon), so I'm wondering if any of you knows the traditional name in Chinese so I can look for other versions. It is played by Hubei Art Troupe Band (I don't know their Chinese name either)
