冇 is not exclusively Cantonese!!!

In some regional Mandarin dialects, 冇 is used.

Wuhan Mandarin (武汉方言): 冇得

Example: 冇得哪个人会吃这垃圾食品哦！

冇得 (方) = 没有 (普通话)
