How do you call someone's attention in Chinese?

In english we say: Hey! or Excuse me... To call for someone's attention.

For example: Excuse me, I think you dropped your handkerchief.

In Korean, they say 초기요 or chogiyo! or chogiyo...

​

How do you say it in Chinese? Just to call for a stranger's attention politely.
