Grammar Check! Letter thanking Chinese Teacher

Hello! I have been learning Chinese for two semesters now and I want to thank my teacher. Does this sound too awkward?

谢谢你！这两个学期，我学习了会说中文，而且写汉字。我很高兴！虽然练习中文很难，但是我觉得中文课很有意思，非常好玩。这个夏天，我想练习中文生词，语法。我得准备下个学期吧！祝
