Question about intensive study: would two years of maximally intensive study at ICLP or MTC in Taipei (devoting, basically, my entire life to studying Chinese), starting from scratch or very little, bring me to the point where I could go to graduate school in Chinese (C1 or C2)?

Title. I'm very interested in Chinese, but two years is the maximum time I'm willing to devote, and I want to know whether that would be enough to gain functional professional proficiency in the language.
