How do I know if I have the newest HSK edition?

I'm trying to track my own progress and so far I found two HSK lists:

http://huamake.com/1to6Lists.htm

http://www.hskhsk.com/word-lists.html

From what I read online, the old version contains 'relatively archaic' words whilst the new one has more modern words.

For the links above, are they the old or new HSKs? And is there a central board/department of some sort to act as a point of reference?

Are there certain words I can look for to differentiate between the new and old HSK?
