Are there any other meanings to 怪美的 than ugly/strange beauty?

I've been obsessed with Jolin Tsai's album Ugly Beauty since it came out. It's helped me through some tough changes in life and has generally been very important to me. I'd like to get 怪美得 or 怪美 as a tattoo, but I want to make sure that it doesn't have any negative connotation or meanings before I do so. I've been learning Chinese for almost 4 years now, so accuracy and complete understanding of words is important to me.
