Looking for an extensive topically arranged vocabulary list

Hi! Is there like a multiple-hundred page booklet I can buy on Amazon that gives vocabulary lists for multiple topics? I mean something like this:

Topic: the human body 40 vocabulary items Subtopic: the mouth vocabulary for "eating" or "swallowing" etc.

Topic: Colors [...]

All of course with pinyin, characters, and examples of usage. Maybe even something that grows more extensive the further you read, first giving basic vocabulary and growing more complex towards the end.

Mandarin - English or Mandarin - German would both do.
