Inexpensive language school in a Chinese coastal city with a nice beach?

Hi everyone. Not sure if this exists, but I'd be looking to arrive in early May. China is massive and has tons of cities, no idea where to even start looking. If you guys could recommend something I'd appreciate it... thanks
