May I know what Chinese alphabet is this (i'm sorry I do not know if there's any derivatives or some kind?) I always read about pinyin, if it's a type of Chinese? is this it?

and where can I see the full list of characters of "that" Chinese.

I'm sorry i'm new in Mandarin so, If you could help me or show me the way on learning the right dialect or language in chinese to understand or atleast improve my skills thereof in reading this novel (I already finished it though(the translated one), I just want it to be my instrument on learning(the untranslated one) like what I did in Korean after learning the romanization and some words) Thank you!! That would be soo much help
