Can Someone explain the differences between 见 and 看? And the difference between 去 and 走？

Hi, So I've been studying Chinese for around 3 months now and I'm a little confused on when and when to not use different words with the same meaning. What is the difference between 见 and 看？ And the difference between 去 and 走？ Any help is useful!! Thank you.
