What does 渤海洗雷音 mean?

Hello

I have been a fan of 万能青年旅店 (Omnipotent Youth Society) for a couple of months. Recently I found some posters of what seems like a tour, concert, or recent album with the sentence "渤海洗雷音". I have been studying Chinese for a couple of years but I am not able to properly translate this sentence.

In my understanding, "渤海" (Bohai) refers to the Bohai Sea in China and 洗 (Xi) means to wash or to clean. But I do not know what 雷音 (Lei Yin) means. Could it be translated as "The Bohai Sea cleans/washes/purifies Lei Yin"?

I would be very thankful if someone can help me to translate this sentence.
