Summer Chinese language programs for overseas Chinese students?

Hey, my parents are Chinese and I was raised overseas, so I can't read/write but can understand most spoken Chinese. Is there a program that focuses on reading/writing? I know BLCU has a course aimed at students like me but I haven't found any reviews for it. Much help would be appreciated :')
