Streaming mandarin movies / tv with English subtitles?

Looking for a place that i can stream mandarin content (ideally studio quality movies & TV a la Netflix) with English subtitles (ideally also has Chinese characters as well).

Would love to use that to help improve my vocabulary as I already have a strong base.
