Learning Chinese by creating quizzes

I'm thinking about a way to improve learning languages, specifically Chinese. The idea is that people could learn by creating quizzes for others, and they could learn by solving quizzes created by other people.

Essentially the idea is to learn by "crowdsourcing" of quizzes.

The idea isn't particularly new I'm sure. I'm just curious whether this is something you think would help people learn.

I've created a sample quiz here. Please pardon the super-basic level of Chinese -- a few years back I tried to learn, dropped it, then decided to pick it up again and so here I am.

This quiz is really basic level and not entirely structured, but since anybody would be able to create one they could conceivably make them progressively harder. Also in this quiz the answers are all in the page embedded in other questions, so it's almost a combination of learning Chinese and solving logic puzzles.

Anyway, my question is, if you're learning Chinese, would you be willing to create quizzes for those below you to learn from, and take quizzes that the more advanced learners have created? Or there are much more productive ways to learn Chinese (like apps)?
