I'm supposed to write stuff about “西餐和中餐的不同”. Basically what I want to say is: I'm against the binarity between 中餐 and 西餐, as further eastern cuisines like the Indian or Indonesian, as well as cuisines from (traditionally) not "western" countries like Mexico are not included / are ignored.
