Hello guys! This is my first post in this subreddit.
I'm considering wether to apply or not to a HSK 1 or 2 exam. (I know that 3 or 4 would be much more useful.) The problem is, that I don't know how much chance I have, because my course differs much from HSK standard. Rigth now, I know most of the grammar and words (with anzi and all) that are in NPCR 1. In my course we didn't pay much attention to practising fonetics at the beggining, so I'm still a little unconfident in live speach. (Both about listening and speaking.) I wouldn't say I'm completly hopeless in that areas, but for refference it takes a few seconds of awkward silence to process a question asked by my native teacher and generate an appropriateanswer. (Ok. I'm not sure if it's 100% appropriate, but at least she understands and does not correct me on the gramar.)
I don't know much about HSK exams except for the list of required words, that doesn't seem at all too frigthening to me.
Could some of you give me a basic idea of what the exam is like? Also, would you give me your opinion on how easy or hard the exam would be for me based on what I wrote above?
Thanks for all the answers in advance!
